Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. After processing, U.S. delivery is generally estimated at 7–11 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, product availability, supplier fulfillment, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at support@essentialshouses.com for assistance. We will review the available tracking information and work with the carrier or fulfillment provider as appropriate. Essentials House is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Essentials House.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Essentials House, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from products or services purchased from Essentials House. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Essentials House.
